Here's the First Update of the Cards!

Due to many old Virtual Unit players wanting the old Power system back, I have changed the Power and also corrected some mistakes in the previous post (eg: SD Rover).

RULES AND HOW TO PLAY VIRTUAL UNITS

RULES & HOW TO PLAY VIRTUAL UNITS
1. Once the game starts, draw 5 cards each. The person who goes first cannot attack. You cannot draw on the first turn. The LV limit on the first turn is 5. It increases by 5 every turn until it reaches the maximum limit of 20.
2. The person who starts second may attack.
3. Starting from the second turn, you are to draw 1 card at the starting of your turn.
4. On your turn, each unit may attack once unless specified.
5. If a match ends in a stalemate, the Hero with the highest Life wins. If it is equal, the match ends in a draw.
Battle
1. You may attack with each of your units once every turn. After attacking, a unit will become Exhausted and can no longer attack. However, you may still use any abilities you have not used that turn.
2. You may choose a target to attack. It could be any unit or the Hero. However, your opponent may block the attack using a unit he/she has on the field.
3. When you attack, the unit with the higher Power is able to destroy a unit with a Power level lower than the attacker. If the Power level is equal or lower, nothing happens. This also applies when a Hero is being attempted to be blocked.
4. All attacks you deal to the Hero only deal 1 damage no matter what LV or how high the Power of your unit may be.
5. When your Hero’s life is reduced to 0, you lose the game unless specified.
Statuses
Disabled: The unit cannot attack or use it’s ability and Overdrive/Outburst.
Inaccessible: The unit or whatever that is rendered Inaccessible cannot be used for anything and cannot be attacked in any way.
Refreshed: All status or Power changes are nullified and the unit is brought back to its state when it was first brought out.
Chained: The unit cannot attack.
Purified: The unit cannot use its abilities.
Revived: The unit can be brought back from the Graveyard to the field or hand unless specified.

Exhausted: Your unit cannot attack or use it's ability until your next turn.
<P>: Passive ability. This ability does not need to be activated to take effect unless there is a cost to be paid.
<A>: This ability needs to be activated before the effects can be used. Most active abilities require a cost.

<H>: Abilities with this symbol are allowed to be activated from the hand.
<number>
Example - <2>: Cost. This is the cost that is needed to be paid before an ability or Overdrive/Outburst can be used. You must send the number of cards to the Graveyard equal to the number stated to pay the cost.
(number)
Example - (1): Cost. This cost requires you to reduce your Hero’s life by the number stated.

-The number on the top left of the card: "8" is the LV of the unit. You add this number up to ensure that the LV limit isn't broken.
-The name of the unit is Satelnite and below it is its Clan: Galactic. An entire deck can only consist of one clan.
-On the bottom left is it's Power: "800" and on the bottom right is the Maximum per Deck: "2".
-Maximum per Deck is the maximum amount of the a unit in a deck. So in this case, there can only be up to 2 Satelnite in a deck.

A deck consists of 45 cards.

The Rules and How To Play may be modified at any time if we find it unsatisfactory. When this happens, we shall update the RULES AND HOW TO PLAY VIRTUAL UNITS.

Virtual Units

Welcome to Virtual Unit's website! Virtual Units is a non profit card game made by me, TheXtremeAce21, and my friend Zack. it took us over 1 year to perfect the gameplay and although the gameplay has improved dramatically, Virtual Units is not yet complete. We shall be working on completing the game and ensuring that the gameplay is perfect.

We at Virtual Units encourage player to send in their artwork. We shall select the unique ones and make them into cards! More details on this shall be released in future posts. It does not matter if the artwork is amateurish or hand drawn. As long as it is creative, we shall accept it. After all, art isn't the only thing that makes the game. What's important is the gameplay. All Virtual Units cards at the moment are hand drawn to prove this fact. Virtual Units is a game which depends on its gameplay. Not it's artwork.

Virtual Units is a card game where you are able print your own cards from our website to play. All you need to do is just go to a nearby printing store and have them print out your cards from a pendrive. You can choose any card you like. That's what makes Virtual Units special. There will be instructions on printing the cards so please wait for the post. You can also order Virtual Units from us! We will print it out and only charge you the printing and shipping charges. After all, Virtual Units is a non profit card game. However, if you are feeling generous, you may donate to us any spare change you like! It'll help us greatly as we are able to buy more equipment to make Virtual Units better!

Virtual Units has already made up a small fanbase of about 20 players in Malaysia and we are hoping to introduce Virtual Units to other countries! So do share the link to our website whenever you can!
